Our plastics manufacturing facility is proud to support the injection molding industry by employing a local team of experienced and dedicated operators who run equipment ranging from 80 tons to 350 tons of clamping pressure, Our injection molding machines are designed for repeatability to help secure reduced labor costs and lower reject rates, saving you money.
Injection Molding Capabilities
We are specialist in producing high-quality plastic injection molded parts and mold tools. We offer machining and finishing services to make tools from a variety of materials and can produce 50 to 100,000+ finished parts in a wide variety of plastics.

Plastic injection molding: 10 machines ranging from 80 to 800 ton clamping force.
Shot Capacity: from less than a gram, up to 41 ounces per cycle.
Custom material :Choose material as your request .ABS/PP/PET/PS/PC/POM/PE/PVC/Nylon…
Custom Colors: custom plastic parts according to your specifications.
Insert molding: which allows for other custom injection components such as threaded brass inserts to be completely integrated into the plastic molded part in cycle.
Overmolding: which uses different component materials and integrates them into a single part, much like what you might see on a toothbrush, where a soft elastomer material is molded onto a rigid handle.
Injection Molding Processes

Correct plastic material with colour
The plastic resin comes in raw pellets. These are dried to the right moisture content, and then if necessary they can be blended with pigments or master batch colorants.

Plasticization
The dried pellets are poured into the hopper of the molding machine. A reciprocating screw inside the barrel of the machine will transport these pellets towards the mold.

Injection
Within the barrel, the pellets are mixed and heated until fully molten, forming the liquid resin.

Pressure holding
The heated mold closes automatically and resin, under great pressure, is injected through a gate and into the mold cavity.

Cooling
The mold is cooled to solidify the part inside.

Mold Release
The mold opens and the part is ejected to begin a new cycle.

Quality Control & Testing
With Kayou network approach to Injection Molding, you own the mold and you define the requirements. Free yourself from someone else's production constraints.
